Ozinga Online Store Return and Refund Policy

Thanks for visiting the Ozinga Online Store, we appreciate your business. We’re here to help if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy below for details on the terms and conditions of any refunds or returns of eligible items purchased at the Ozinga Online Store.

Returns
You have up to 30 calendar days to return an eligible item from the date you received it. For an item to be considered eligible for return, your item must be received by Ozinga:

  1. Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  2. In its original packaging.
  3. Accompanied by a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once your item is received by Ozinga, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Please note, Ozinga Store Gift Certificates are non-refundable.

In the event your return is not approved, you will be notified of the reason for the denial and the item will be returned to you at the original address provided by you at the time of purchase.

Shipping and Handling
It is your responsibility to pay for all shipping and handling costs associated with the return of your item; All such shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
